    How many sales persons can pick my lead?

    When you post a lead on leadXchange, it is available for up to three salespersons to pick. This limit ensures that your valuable customer is not bombarded with too many sales calls, which could potentially turn them off from your business altogether.

    Once your lead has been selected by three members, it will no longer be available for further picks. This approach ensures that the lead is not overused or inundated with inquiries, helping to maintain the quality and relevance of the lead for all parties involved.

    When will I get points for my lead?

    At LeadXchange, we believe in rewarding our members for their successful leads. Once a lead is picked and successfully converted into a closed deal, the picker is required to update the status and provide the closing amount. This information is used to calculate the number of points that the lead poster is entitled to.

    The points earned for a successful lead are based on a predetermined formula that takes into account the budget value of the lead and other relevant factors. Once the points have been calculated, they are added to the lead poster's account balance, which can be used to pick other leads in the future.

    Our approach ensures that our members are motivated to post high-quality leads and that our platform remains a reliable and efficient source of business opportunities for all involved.     How many points will I get for my lead?

    For each lead that you post on LeadXchange, you can earn points based on the budget amount of the lead. When your lead is successfully closed by a picker, you will receive 10% of the lead budget amount as points from that picker. If your lead is picked by two pickers, you will receive 20% of the lead budget amount as points, and if it's picked by three pickers, you will receive 30% of the lead budget amount as points.

    For instance, if your lead has a budget of 50,000 and it's closed by a picker for 55,000, you will receive points equivalent to 10% of 55,000 from the picker who closed the deal, and 1000 points each from the other two pickers. However, if the lead is closed by a picker for only 45,000, you will receive points equivalent to 10% of 45,000 from that picker, and 1,000 points each from the other two pickers.

    Please note that the commission rate of 10% is subject to change without prior notice.

    How to pick the lead?

    To ensure that the LeadXchange community operates on a fair and reciprocal basis, we require a minimum of three leads to be shared by each member before they can select a lead.

    Each lead is assigned a point value based on its budget, and to select a lead, members must have enough points to meet the required point value threshold. This approach ensures that the exchange of leads is balanced and equitable, benefiting all members of the community.

    Once you have accumulated enough points to meet the point value criteria for a lead, you can proceed to select and engage with that opportunity. This process helps to ensure that all members of the LeadXchange community have access to high-quality, valuable leads that align with their business needs and goals.

    How will the points be calculated for the lead?

    Lead points in leadXchange are calculated with confidence and transparency to ensure fairness for all members. Each lead point is calculated based on 10% of the budget value of the lead, which means that the point value of a lead is directly proportional to its budget value.

    For instance, if a lead has a budget value of 50,000, its point value would be 500. This calculation ensures that leads with higher budget values carry more weight, and the points assigned to each lead reflect their potential value to members.

    This method of point calculation is designed to make the platform more valuable and effective for all members. By providing an equitable point system, leadXchange enables businesses to connect with leads that are of the highest value and relevance to their specific needs.

    What if the lead is junk that I picked?

    To ensure the quality of leads on our platform, we offer the option to mark leads as "junk" if they are deemed irrelevant or unsuitable for your business. Additionally, if all pickers of a particular lead mark it as junk, the lead will be removed and your points will be returned to you. This helps to ensure that our platform is filled with high-quality, relevant leads for all salespeople to pursue.

    How many leads can I pick?

    As long as you have points, you can obtain an unlimited number of leads through leadXchange, allowing you to expand your business opportunities without any limitations.

    What if my points become zero?

    LeadXchange offers additional opportunities for members to earn points and maximise their success on the platform. For instance, members who engage in frequent activity on the app will earn a bonus of 2 points every day, which can add up over time and increase their ability to select valuable leads. Additionally, when a member posts a lead, they are rewarded with a bonus of 10 points, encouraging members to be proactive in sharing leads and engaging with other businesses.

    Moreover, members who have successful leads can earn even more points from the picker, depending on the value and relevance of the lead. This system creates a cycle of success, incentivizing members to continuously engage with the platform, post relevant leads, and build strong relationships with other businesses. Overall, LeadXchange's point system is designed to reward members for their engagement and activity, while also providing a valuable platform for businesses to exchange leads and grow their opportunities.

    How to get more points?

    By posting successful leads on leadXchange, you can earn more points to help you pick relevant leads and become a successful salesperson.     Your trust score is essential in establishing yourself as a quality lead provider. It assures the pickers of your lead's authenticity and credibility, enabling them to pick your lead with confidence. This, in turn, guarantees that they can utilise our platform to its full potential and enhance the quality of our product.

    Junk leads be accepted?

    At LeadXChange, we value the quality of leads over quantity. We have strict measures in place to ensure that junk leads do not make it to our platform. If any of your posted leads are marked as junk, you will be penalised. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards junk leads, and if you post three junk leads, your account will be blocked. This ensures that our platform maintains a high standard of lead quality, benefiting both the lead providers and the lead pickers.

    What if I joined an organisation, who is already using the leadXchange?

    Linking your LeadXchange account with them is a breeze - all it takes is just one click!

    What happens to my earned points when my account is linked with an organisation?

    Your points will be locked to your individual account, and when your account is linked with an organisation, your points will start from the organisation's points balance. This means that your points will not be lost, but will be transferred to the organisation's points balance.

    What happens if I leave the company?

    Once you leave the organisation, you can easily unlink your LeadXchange account from the organisation with just one click. Your earned points will be transferred back to your individual account, and you can continue to use the platform independently.

    As a corporate organisation, you can effortlessly create sales professionals under your account on leadXchange.
